I stress the importance of ecommerce because those sites need power and flexibility, and while HostNoc excels in VPS and dedicated bare metal servers, they could really expand their offerings.

In this regard, I feel HostNoc is missing out, as many clients look for hosting solutions specifically for website building.

When it comes to product capabilities and pricing, we’ve scoured the internet for a comparable deal and can confidently say there’s nothing like it available at retail.

I've been using HostNoc for over two years now. That said, I've had a few small connectivity issues with my servers. However, I can confidently say their data centers are trustworthy, and customer support is always on hand. The main reason I didn't rate them 5 stars is the server management dashboard; it's pretty limited, and you end up needing to submit a ticket for almost everything.

I've consistently gotten excellent service from HostNoc. No matter if it's a problem I caused or a tech glitch, they’re always fast to reply and fix things up. I'm really pleased to recommend them!

If you run into an issue, don’t expect any real help from their support team. They pretend to assist you, but it’s all a facade. You’ll end up paying for a server that just doesn’t function. There’s really nothing you can do to fix it.

[11/30/2021] I've been a HostNoc customer for nearly a week now. From the get-go, the pre-sales live chat was super helpful and everything got sorted out fast and professionally. Freddy was a champ in assisting me with my needs and set up a tailored order and invoice for my account.
